Renumeration Systems at Infinigon GmbH
1. With the implementation of regulations on prudential requirements for renumeration systems of institutions (Institute Remuneration Ordinance) of 6 October 2010, acccording to § 7 Institute Compensation Regulation respecting the materiality, protection and confidentiality principle of § 26a, Section 2 of the Banking Act, we are obliged to fundamental disclosure about our compensation system, the total amount of all fees, and the number of beneficiaries of variable compensation. This will be published on our website, and updated at least once a year.
2. The structure of the remuneration systems
2.1 Management & Board
The remuneration of board members shall be decided jointly by the shareholders, with the amount of the bonus capped at a maximum of 25 percent of the total compensation. The remuneration of senior management consists of a basic salary in the form of twelve months’ salary, plus a performance -related bonus, which makes up no more than 25 percent of the base salary.
The variable remuneration is paid once a year.
Infinigon GmbH has established a standard compensation structure for employees, which is geared towards the achievement of the business and risk strategy. The compensation of employees consists of a fixed base salary (twelve months’ salary) and a variable component. The amount of variable remuneration depends on the success of the company and the individual performance of the employee. The final determination of the amount of the variable remuneration is made by the Managing Directors. Guaranteed variable remuneration is granted only in exceptional cases.
The variable remuneration is normally paid within the first quarter of the year.
